Alexis Werthmann is a personal injury attorney at the Schwaba Law Firm, dedicated to obtaining justice for her clients. Before joining the firm, Alexis served as an Assistant District Attorney in Waukesha County, Wisconsin where she handled a wide variety of criminal cases, gaining extensive courtroom and trial experience. She began her legal career during her undergraduate education as a Victim/Witness Intern at Story County District Attorney’s Office in Iowa, interacting extensively with victims and witnesses of crimes. During her time at the University of Memphis Law School, she earned the prestigious Dean’s Distinguished Platinum Pro Bono Award, and served as a Moot Court Board Member. Her eagerness to help victims on a more personal level brought her to the Schwaba Law Firm.
